DAO Boom Room $Scratch use

This is a vote to determine what to do with the $SCRATCH that is being generated by the DAO rooms that were purchased and upgraded when the rooms first came out.

Right now the DAO is earning $SCRATCH and it has not collected from the staking contract yet other then when rooms were migrated to season 2 staking contract. This is to vote on the $SCRATCH that is being generated by the rooms and NOT the $SCRATCH that is owed to the DAO on the initial release schedule airdrops.

Yes: Send generated $SCRATCH to mattress fund. One time a week the Boomer Squad team will collect the $SCRATCH that has been generated and deposit it into the Gen 0 Mattress Fund

No: Leave generated $SCRATCH in DAO. The $SCRATCH will continue to accumulate in the DAO until the community decides something to do with it.
